The Dallas Mavericks and Lamar Odom are dunzo! Yes Khloe and her hubby are biding adieu to Dallas and headed back home to L.A. After barely a season as a player for the Dallas Mavericks, Odom and the NBA team have reached an agreement to part ways. According to ESPN Odom released this statement regarding the news. “The Mavericks and I have mutually agreed that it’s in the best interest of both parties for me to step away from the team. I’m sorry that things didn’t work out better for both of us, but I wish the Mavs’ organization, my teammates and Dallas fans nothing but continued success in the defense of their championship.” Lamar will be listed as inactive for the rest of the season. Apparently the team is listing him that was as opposed to releasing him because it will give Odom the possibility of being traded once the current season is done.
