We are one day closer to the release of Madonna‘s new album M.D.N.A. and to celebrate, our dear Madge has released another minute-long clip of one of her new songs. Thus far, the song clips we’ve been hearing over the past week or so have been more mid/uptempo songs with a dancey beat. Today’s offering, a sampling of the song Falling Free, is slower … more ballad-y. We already know that Masterpiece is one of the ballads on M.D.N.A. and by the sound of it, Falling Free is another. The blips and bloops in this song sound very William Orbit. In fact, Falling Free sounds like a song from Maddy‘s brilliant Ray of Light album. I’m not a big fan of pop ballad songs (by anyone, not even Britney Spears) but I like what I hear here. Ray of Light is one of my favorite albums and any song that sounds Ray of Light-ish is aces in my book. What do y’all think of Falling Free?
